Purpose is to foster communication, discussion, and alignment of community related issues with key groups in the Streator community and surrounding areas.

1.  Provide forum for open communication between appropriate community groups.

2.  Assist in strategically aligning community efforts.

3.  Convene joint meetings of key groups to share common goals, ideas, etc.
