The Streator Area Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in conjunction with Streator’s Leading Ladies (formerly Streator Business and Professional Women), will be hosting a candidate’s forum on Thursday, October 23, 2008, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Streator Country Club, (2000 Eastwood Avenue),  Invited to attend are candidates seeking elected office at the county, state, and federal level that will represent the Streator area.

Each candidate will have 5 minutes to present their issues and platform plus have two minutes for closing remarks.  Candidates will also have the opportunity to respond to questions from the audience.
