The Streator Chamber of Commerce will be hosting their 100th Annual Meeting on Monday, March 19th at the Streator Country Club.

5:30 p.m. Red Carpet Social/Photo Op
6:30 p.m. Dinner/Award Ceremony

Streator Township High School Jazz Band will be performing (5:30 to 6:15 p.m.)

New Chamber Event BUSINESS & BAGELS

The next Business and Bagels event will be held on Friday, Friday, March 2nd  at the Streator Chamber office at 320 E. Main Street and begins at 7:30 a.m. until ????

Stop in and grab a bagel and coffee & NETWORK as long as you want.  This event is free and open to all.

15th Annual Bowling Challenge

The Fifteenth Streator Area Chamber Bowling Challenge was held on Sunday, March 19^th at the Bowl Mor Lanes – Fourteen teams “duked” it  out for the trophy while enjoying food, beverages fellowship and general conversation.   Welcomed to the event for the first time was the team sponsored by Countryside Animal Clinic – thanks for entering.

This years’ Corporate Champion was the Knights of Columbus team of Kruger, Araujo, L. Yednock and G. Yednock as they outdistanced McClure Engineering (2045) and Vactor Manufacturing (2011) with a pin total of 2257.  Congrats to the Knights as well as all other entries.

Individual standout games were rolled by:  G. Yednock (245), Moore of McClure Engineering (234), Coo of Vactor (224) Puggy of Vactor (220), Araujo (219) and L. Yednock (213) while noted series were scored by:  G. Yednock (598), Puggy (592), Coo (588), Stash of Transco (568) and Moore (568.

Thanks again to Bowl Mor Lanes and their staff for their hospitality and attention – please support their business going forward.  Also, thank you to all sponsors and participants for attending our event and making it successful once more and finally thank you to the Chamber volunteers of Gubbels, Pettit, A.
