Streator Chamber of Commerce & Industry along with radio station WSPL will be conducting the annual Pie/Dessert Auction with receipts directed to the Chamber’s Economic and Community Development programs. We will be providing the Streatorland citizens and the opportunity to bid on desserts homemade delicacies. Cupcakes, pies, cookies, HoHo dessert, and Baklava to name a few specialties. |

What We Do
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
By Networking on a regular basis, close business relationships are built, thereby strenghtening the business Community.
BUSINESS GROWTH
The main purpose of the group is to share business "Leads." This helps all of our memers grow their business by increasing their customer base and strenghtening these relationships.
COMMUNITY GROWTH
All of this adds up to a stronger more solid business community which also develops into the community itself.
THE STREATOR LEADS GROUP IS ACCEPTING NEW MEMBERS
We are a business organization sponsored by the Streator Area Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Our structure is similar to and based upon the structure of many other successful Lead Sharing/Referral Groups. Our goal is to grow each of our individual businesses and form relationships that strenghten the business community and thereby impact our community in a positive manner.
The group is comprised of indidviduals representing non-competing businesses from several industries. The reason that we are non-competing businesses is that it allows us to benefit each others business more directly. This also helps to eliminate any possible political posturing that may occur in business relationships.
We meet twice monthly (the second and fourth Thursday) at the Streator Community Credit Union at 8 am.
Since we are sponsored by The Streator Area Chamber of Commerce and Industry, membership in the Chamber is mandatory to be accpeted as a member of The Streator Leads Group.
All local business professionals and owners are invited to investigate and consider the possibility of joining our group.
